Hello

I have been asked a couple of times recently whether I knew of a protocol that set out how planning committees should "behave". Something that covered the role of members and how best they should debate and challenge applications and work with officers. 

I confess I don't think I've seen one that has stuck in my mind. 

Anyone found one they like ? Or want to offer up your own ?
