Prior to Commencement Conditions notification - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

As 1st October rapidly approaches, I am wondering what people are doing about PCC conditions.  Does anyone want to share their notice or processes?

Some questions we are pondering are:

PCC's likely to be inevitable for issues such as archaeology, remediation, coal investigations and tree protection.  Do we refuse automatically if not agreed? 

We are considering standardized advice to inform of the possibility of refusal, or what can be done to avoid a PCC at an early stage in the application.

Do we include non PCC conditions in the notice  for information? 

Will the portal be providing advice on this new requirement ?
