Hi, whilst going through the new procedure for deemed discharge of condition, I was wondering if anyone knows what proceedure is to be used for those conditions that fall under schedule 6 (therefore not within the "deemed" process).
Is there any timscale under which they need to be decided (is it still 12 weeks?) and is there any reference to fees being returned if the time target is not met.
Any pointers would help, at the moment we are looking at making sure that all conditions are determined within the period unless we have agreed an extension of time.
