Members role profile for members of planning committee - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

We have been asked to find examples from councils where the members of the planning committee have a members role profile or job description.  I have heard of councils who do have something like this for their members - to help them to understand what their role is as a decision maker within the planning system, but also as a leader of the place and representative of their residents.
