Nothing like a controversial strap line to start the week!
Reading the recent SoS decision at Birney Hill Farm, Northumberland https://portaldirector.wordpress.com/2015/07/16/clark-refuses-northumberland-green-belt-housing/ I was mildly surprised to see the Inspector and SoSs conclusions that whilst the scheme met the policy target for affordable housing, they both gave significant weight to an additional 3.6 million quidsworth of off-site affordable housing contributions. I can't see how it can be considered to meet the reg 122 tests ...any thoughts?
