new house build - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi There

we live outside of the village boundary and have been told by the council that we cannot build in our garden.  we have 4 acres of garden/paddocks, none of this can be seen from a public highway (not sure that makes any difference really) we have a large caravan that has been there 20+ years and a substantial garage/workshop/tackroom that has been there 30+ years, this there any way we can use this to our advantage in getting permission to build or redevelope the caravan - garage/workshop??
