Live recording at Planning Committee - what's the best equipment to use? - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

We are looking to introduce live recording for Planning Committees and want to know what equipment other Local Authorities use (what make, is it automatic or operated by staff, pros and cons etc.) and are you happy with it? All thoughts welcome!
