Local Plan Toolkit June 2015

has anyone used the Arup/Fortismere Associates Local Plan Toolkit download on the http://www.pas.gov.uk//plan-making-project-management-support-for-local-plans page.

The instructions leave a bit to be desired - so if anyone has actually given this 'Toolkit' a go, please reply to this post and let me know.
