Hi all, 

 

With the end date for the Notification for Prior Approval for a Proposed Larger Home Extension coming up on 30th May 2019, has anybody heard if this legislation is to be extended beyond that date, or whether this was a one off piece of legislation? 

My understanding was that it was brought in to stimulate the economy, which seems like it might be needed again fairly soon, but that is just my speculation, I wonder if anyone else knows what is happening?
