Planning Guarantee: I have been contacted by an LPA who has been asked for a return of their fee by an applicant for an EIA development who was held up in their determination by the delay in the applicant submitting supplementary EIA analysis subsequent to their amendment of the proposals.
I am interested to hear from anyone who has had experience of the planning guarantee biting them. Not looking for costs or fine detail , but a short explanation of what the problem was would be helpful.
