Householder application
Some advice please.
A neighbour has used a "Householder application to gain permission to "extend" his bungalow.
The roof is to be raised and two additional habitable floors added.
It is very likely that little of the original building will remain before "reerection" commences.
My questions to this group are as follows.
1) How much of the bungalow must remain upright before an "extension" is considered to be the "erection of a new building" ?
2) If a new building is intended, is it appropriate to have used a "Householder application". Should not a "full application" have been used?
3) if the bungalow is levelled, would this be an enforcement matter and if not why not ?
Thanks for your thoughts
