CIL and Con29 answers - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi

does anyone have experience of answering the new Con29 questions  3.10 a - h regarding CIL?

In particular,  on a development where a Demand Notice is still outstanding with regard to the site should the answer for searches on individual plots on that site say 'yes' to Q3.10

(b) "Do any of the following subsist ..... a demand notice",  and,

(d) "Has the local authority received full or part payment?" where CIL is being paid in instalments?
