Vacant Building Credit - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

We have a number of sites in the city that have existing educational and business uses and are proposed to be demolished or redeveloped for residential.

We have not adopted a CIL.

Does this mean that the Vacant Building Credit with regards to affordable housing is not applicable?

If it is applicable, how do we undertake the calculation when our existing policy is on a % number of units of delivery of affordable housing and not calculated on floorspace?
