Hi,

My Authority has recently received a hybrid application for 7,000sqm of retail floor space in full; and 2ha of housing in outline. What is the PS2 Q code for this?  We are stumped.

We have looked at the PS2 guidance notes and it doesnt seem to address hybrids. The notes seem to be written with a mixed use of development submitted as 1 type of application.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
