CIL Exceptional Circumstances Relief - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi, We have a CIL Exceptional Circumstances Relief Policy in support of our CIL charging scheme but have yet to approve relief for any scheme under the policy.  We are currently considering an application for relief, based on viability of bringing a vacant listed building back into use. 

We would be interested in how ECR policies are working in other areas, how the ‘exceptional circumstances’ tests have been applied, and what kind of evidence has been required in support of any applications for relief.  Thanks
