Major Application oprocess - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi

Just wondering if anyone has a process form/pro forma, whatever the word I'm looking for is, to guide officers dealing with major applications. I guess it's a cross between a checklist and an internal PPA type document. I hope this makes sense, it is early!
