We have a Neighbourhood Plan group with a two year old Made Neighbourhood Plan. The policies (particularlly around parking standards) aren't working as the community intended and they would like to modify the plan. Looking at the changes to the regs my interpretation is that the group would notify us of the changes they wish to make, we would give a view as to whether the change was a 'significant modification' and would then appoint an independent examiner to assess the proposal and provide a recommendation. My query is what consultation would be required? Would just one round of consultation be required? Would this be by the Neighbourhood Plan group (same as reg 14)?
