income as well as providing broader social, environmental and economic
benefits in your area.

Examples of discretionary services that a council may wish to sell
through this scheme include discretionary planning advice services and
building regulation. This is, of course, on top of the wider benefits
mentioned above that come with increased sustainable development and
home improvements.
