HRA Screening Assessment for Neighbourhood Plans - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hello, I would be interested to learn who, within your local authority, prepares a HRA Screening Assessment for Neighbourhood Plans. We do not have any in-house expertise to draw upon (i.e. any ecological resource) but are also mindful of the costs asssociated with outsourcing such work. Many thanks.
