HRA Screening Assessment for Neighbourhood Plans

Hello, I would be interested to learn who, within your local authority, prepares a HRA Screening Assessment for Neighbourhood Plans. We do not have any in-house expertise to draw upon (i.e. any ecological resource) but are also mindful of the costs asssociated with outsourcing such work. Many thanks.

Hi Rachel, 

We are in a two tier authority area and use our County ecologist to prepare HRA screening reports for development plan work (both Local Plans and Neighbourhood Plans). We do however have a service level agreement with them to provide these services to our planning functions.
