Education contributions (S106) and basic need funding clawback - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Have any authorities been subject to a reduction in basic need funding from the DfE as a result of receiving S106 monies for the provision of new pupil places? I've heard of this taking place, but would like to get some real world insight into timings / amounts involved.
