Following a recent Guardian article: LED streetlights decimating moth numbers in England | Insects | The Guardian we've had a query from a LGA colleague on best practice or recent policy work on artificial lighting and its impact on wildlife, plus whether any councils are looking at the use of artificial lights at night re. insects/ ecological impact and taking action.
