Neighbour trying to obtain 10 year rule on a dog grooming palour in
the countryside. The unit was partly on our land until 2014 and is
still s.ightly on our land to date. We are objecting to this and not
sure if itvis still slightly on our land, can the person still claim
the 10 year rule.
