Signing CIL commencement forms - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

I have a CIL commencement notice where someone has typed online their name rather than signing the form. Is it ok to accept them with a typed name rather than their actual signature? Or will this be a disputable point if they have failed to notify in time and get a surcharge etc...
