I am
a researcher at Liverpool University investigating the use of s106
agreements for transport infrastructure as part of an
international comparative study on financing clean air through
land-value-capture. In particular, I am trying to explain
statistics which suggest s106 funding for this has fallen
significantly (from 11% in 2011/12 to 2% today, and less than half
their value in 2005/6).
I
was hoping I might be able to put a few questions to any local
authority planners/development control officers sometime in the
next few weeks via an online interview lasting no more than 20
