Is an Equality Analysis needed of a Charging Schedule

Does anyone know if CIL Charging Schedules require an Equality Analysis .. or as a short financial document are they exempt in the same way they are exempt from sustainability appraisal? Advice would be welcome. Alison Stringfellow, Bedford Borough
