Does anyone have any more information about a section in the Localism Act entitled "Charges for meeting costs relating to neighbourhood planning"? http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2011/20/part/6/chapter/3/enacted I've not been able to find anything outside of the act relating to this - other than a brief mention in page 6 of the consultation on the neighbourhood planning regulations which said it'd be consulted upon later in the year. Charges would seem to relate only to neighbourhood development orders, be due when development begins and presumably there's no regulations as yet to enable such charges?
