What use class would an opticians be put in? There is conflicting opinion both within our office, Land Use Gazatteer and DC Practice books, any advice? Liz
Liz, I would class an opticians as A1 use class. The predominant use of the premises would be retail and therefore gives weight to that use class. You can't have any come backs.
