I would be pleased to read of anybody's experience of how long (in days) it has taken you from the decision to go for an injunction to the point of getting a date in court. I raise the point because the process already seems lengthy and the proposal to cut back on the number of courts will surely make the problem worse.
Good Morning Karl, long time no see. We have been getting injunctions to prevent gypsy settlements within 24 hours including learning of work being carried out at 10.00 on a Saturday morning and having it served at 8.15 on the Sunday morning 10 minutes before the first caravan appeared.
