Objections from Statutory Consultees to Local Development Orders - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

We have received a representation from the Highways Agency to proposed Employment Site LDOs in Swindon. The HA has objected to the LDOs on a number of grounds. Whilst we are happy to take on board some of their comments, and will be making changes, we disagree with a number of their objections. Can we proceed to adopt the LDOs in the face of outstanding objections from the Highways Agency?
