Reconciling more than 1 transport model - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Does anyone have experience of commissioning a strategic transport model as part of local plan evidence base where there is 1 or more transport models that cut across its authority? And if so, how have the outcomes been reconciled/brought together or an alternative bespoke model considered? Any pointers or links to useful information gratefully received.
