Expired Planning Permission Reapplication - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

We are reapplying for a development which had full planning permission and all its pre commencement conditions were discharged however the permission lapsed as the construction was not started within the stipulated 3 years. The only design amendment in this new application is that the elevations are slightly modified. Do we have to update the drawing title of all the drawings (landscape drainage) prepared for the discharge of condition as they have the relevant DOC reference on them or can we resubmit the same with the original titles.
