Copyright - Validation issue? - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi,

We sometimes receive location plans with Crown Copyright messages but no license information. Do any other Authorities have a stance on whether  these should be rejected at validation stage and insisting on plans that show a license to reproduce? Do any other Authorities consider copyright as part of their validation process?
