Good afternoon,

We are currently in the process of procuring a new IT system. As part of our research, we understand that some Councils may use a third party software, such as Exacom, for dealing with CIL, Section 106 and monitoring information.

Could I ask whether any Council currently uses Exacom for their planning obligations please and if so, would you be willing to give us a demonstration of the software?

At Welwyn Hatfield BC we use Exacom and I can definitely recommend it. Its very intuitive and user friendly however Exacom give training.

We use the s106 and Projects Modules, and CIL in Test mode. Exacom give free demos on all their modules without obligation - best to go straight to them.

Like Welwyn Hatfield BC we use Exacom for CIL and S106 and would be happy to chat with you. Just to give you some insight of what you will need to do as an authority to make this work for you.
