Hello,

Our Development Management department are looking to put togther a Quality Manual System for Planning, and work to it according to ISO.

I understand ISO Quality Manual Systems are in place for many industries / professions. Does anybody know of, or have, a QMS for Planning that they would share, to inform our work and ensure we're taking a similar approach, please?

We have ISO accreditation for Planning - mostly DM but some other parts of the serivce have processes that are included. If you email me, rachel.flintoft@medway.gov.uk, I can put you in touch with my colleague who might be able to help.
