Planning enforcement regarding park/mobile homes sited without permission - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Havering London Borough Council has served planning enforcement notices (attached) in respect of new park homes, installed without planning consent, which have been sold and are occupied.

These homes are outside the licence area of the site, so the unwitting purchasers have no legal protection under either planning law or the Mobile Homes Acts.
