experts for generating reports to Inspector, recommendations please - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Dear All,

We have an application that has gone to appeal. Our Parish Council has been granted Rule 6 Status and we wish to generate expert reports on Green Belt and flooding (we have a detailed report from a local spoecialist but he is not a qualified expert, so we can't ask him to create & submit the exper report) and possibly ecology. 

Can anyone provide recommendations please?
