Housing Delivery Test model - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

I've posted this elsewhere but to keep everything easy to find here is the model of the HDT that was prepared by my collegues in the LGA research team. 

It's a bit "heavy", but the 10 second introduction is that you use sheet "IndividualLATest", select your council in the drop down, select which ONS projections you want in cell V10 and adjust any of the out-of-date plan requirement data in the blue cells. 

You can then use it as a way of modelling a "do nothing" version of the HDT results.
