New 2017 EIA Regs

In the absence of the Planning Practice Guidance not currently reflecting the new set of EIA Regs, does anyone know of any other straightforward practice guidance to the new EIA procedures? I know there's an increase to the consultation period for the submitted EIA applications from 21 to 30 days, but does the basic architecture of the EIA administrative process remain intact?
