Duty Planning Officer (or other online appointment bookings) - what system? - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Probably more IT than planning, so apologies if this breaks any forum rules.

We're wanting to upgrade our online appointment system for our Duty Planning service but have been quoted a 'challenging' amount for implementing MS Bookings.  There's a fair few online booking systems out there - please can anyone tell me what you're using and if it's any good?
