S106 monitoring Performance Indicators - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi all Can anyone think of any Performance Indicators that could be applied to the monitoring of S106 agreements? Apart from chasing sums of money that have become payable on commencement of development within a given time limit after commencement, I am stumped. Thanks Mark
