I would be grateful if anyone could provide me with information on the use of s.106 to secure contributions towards the cost of providing wheeled bins and other recycling receptacles following the introduction of the CIL regulations in April 2010. In particular: Whether anyone has an example of where such of a requirement has been imposed on a development that has been given permission post the introduction of the CIL Regulations? and If so, what has been the reaction of developers and have they made the requested financial contributions?, also does anyone know of any examples of where this has been challenged by developers and examples of where such a requirement has been tested through a public inquiry?
