CIL Examination Procurement - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Given now that there are a number of organisations in addition to PINS who offering CIL examination services, has anyone who has recently submitted a charing schedule or about to submit a charging schedule gone through a competivie tendering process to decide who to appoint to conduct the examination?
