Community Infrastructure - Revised Statutory Guidance
To accompany the amended CIL regulations 2013, the Government have issued revised statutory guidance to take over from the December 2012 guidacne. This includes guidance on the neighbourhood proportion. www.gov.uk/government/publications/community-infrastructure-levy

Gilian, is there another version of the recent guidance posted somewhere. The copy you've provided a link to has the end section of para 114 missing.
Hi Moira, Para 114 is missing the end of the paragraph in all iterations that I have seen. I wonder if they were in a bit of a rush?
I have just clicked the link - there does seem to be the end to the paragraph - is it sorted out now?
