CIL Amendment Regulations - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Has anyone got any information as to when we may get to see a draft of the next amendment regulations that are due to take effect in the new year?

At present it is particularly difficult to know how to advise "self builders" without knowing the likely detail of the amendments.
