Completion Notices

Hello All, This may be a very silly question but I can't seem to find the answer. If we were to serve a completion notice on a developer, do we have to send the notice to the Secretary of State before we serve or at the same time? Thanks Jenny

Hi Jenny, Did you find the answer and have you served the Notice? We are considering a Completion Notice at the moment.

Hi Belinda,

I have had a response off the Welsh Government so I don't know if it would be different in England. They said we can send a copy of the notice to them after we have served the notice.
