Three local authorities want to commission a joint SHMA for our Housing Market Area. I am trying to determine the likely cost of the work and the main factors that influence the cost. If your authority has taken part in a joint SHMA what was the final cost of the joint SHMA? Was this was different from the original tender price? What was the approximate range of submitted tender prices?
