New PPS4 and Fee Regs - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Anyone know when the above two documents are coming out. I had heard late December 2009 for the Fee Regs but as we are getting quite late now has there been the inevitable slippage to January 2010? Thanks and Happy Christmas!
