I wonder if I might ask you to help me with a project that I am working on? I am researching the subject of consequential improvements and why we are not making better use of this mechanism to improve the energy efficiency of existing dwellings at the point when they are being renovated or extended. Specifically, either via building regulations, or as Uttlesford DC have piloted, a planning condition.
