Hotel Impact Assessments - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Does anyone have any experiece in setting the parameters for a hotel impact assessment? Following the introduction of PPS4 at the end of 2009 it seems that there have not been many cases from which to draw experience and the advice in the PPS4 practice guidance is a bit light on hotels? Any guidance on what sort of impacts a developer should be assessing would be useful. thanks
