Code for Sustainable Homes - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Can anyone clarifiy what the current position is on Code for Sustasinable Homes / Building Regulations? We are preparing various documents (DM policies, Housing Needs SPD, Housing Action Plan) that would all benefit from a clear steer on what levels we can enforce, how this will change as the Code is aligned with Building Regs, and when this all hits in etc.
